My Approach

My philosophy is, “If it doesn’t feel good, we shouldn’t be doing it”. I believe to feel our best in our health, our lives need to feel “in flow”, harmonious and joyful.

The stress we put on ourselves through trying to kale and crunch our way through our lives, creating mental fatigue in calorie counting and physical exhaustion through over bearing HIIT workouts that don’t feel supportive to our taxed systems, only perpetuate the cycle of creating more imbalances in our bodies, resulting in more stress, weight gain, metabolic and hormone issues, inflammation, dysbiosis, malabsorption, leaky gut, and a myriad of mental, physical and emotional issues. Not to mention, it doesn’t feel good. Isn’t that the point here?

In my stress free, inside out, 100% feel good, holistic approach, we focus on finding balance and harmony in our systems through prioritization of tending to the inner world as the foundation to transforming your health.

Taking this “inside out” approach to health,  prioritizing mindfulness, self care, self love and sleep hygiene, not only feels supportive and nourishing, but it causes an positive, organic, cascading effect on all other parts of your health and life, due the lower stress impacting better sleep, diet, movement, mood, weight loss and more.

Nourishment and movement play integral parts in this equation and are specifically addressed based on your unique composition, in a feel good, supportive manner.
