Hi, I’m Misha,

YOUR WELL GUIDE

By trade, I’m a trauma informed holistic health and life coach, but if you ask my heart, it’ll tell you I’m a mom first and foremost.

Balancing these roles has been my greatest adventure – one filled with lessons, laughter, and the kind of learning that only comes from real-life mom moments.

When I’m not with my clients, you can find me ubering my 3 kids around while blasting 90s rap through the speakers, still in my dirty workout clothes. (realness always. And truth be told, it’s way more fun than it sounds!)

In my quieter moments, I sneak in long walks through the serene countryside, letting the beauty of nature re-center my mind, body, and spirit.

Other times, you’ll find me nestled into cozy afternoons at home, piecing together puzzles with my family, our goofiness blending with the comforting scent of freshly baked morning glory muffins.

So yes, my days are a blend of client sessions, school runs, peaceful walks,

and those unexpected, messy surprises life throws my way.

It’s a life of beautiful chaos, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I WAS A MOM

Constantly exhausted,
feeling stuck in a rut…

Battling unexplained health issues like chronic fatigue and relentless metabolic problems. It was a mystery I couldn’t crack, despite doing everything ‘right’ – from eating well to staying active. My body felt like a puzzle with missing pieces, leaving me in a cycle of frustration and discomfort.

I got help from an integrative doctor and health coach. We detoxified my system, supported my gut health and tailored my diet and while we made significant progress in healing my physical health symptoms, I was still caught in this cycle of incomplete healing and not feeling good. AT ALL.

DESPITE THE PROGRESS,

I continued to get diagnosed with “stress related” issues.

No matter how much meditation and yoga I did. Annnnddd the struggle extended beyond my physical health; I was still deeply struggling with self-confidence, body image, worthiness, boundaries and burn out. I was unhappy in my marriage, I felt lost in motherhood, totally unfulfilled in my career and deeply alone in my struggle.

But then, on what felt like the millionth follow-up appointment, my doctor pointed out that my persistent weight issues were due to ‘high reverse T3 levels,’ a sign of high stress.

Frustrated and confused, and I found myself angrily responding “but I’m not stressed! I’m doing the yoga and meditation, so wtf…. But the tests don’t lie right? There’s got to be something here.

I was determined to get to the root of this…

I began to zoom out, getting curious around when I was experiencing the stress response and started to observe what was happening within to get deeper insight.

I remember this one day vividly. Getting ready for a carpool, in a state of complete overwhelm, juggling too many things at once – feeling like I didn’t look cute enough for the put together moms at pick up, beating myself up for over committing myself to driving too many kids home, frustrated, resentful and anxious AF.

Because of all of the inner work I’d already done, I immediately started to realize that this toxic inner voice wasn’t my TRUE SELF speaking.

These thoughts were coming from my angry inner roommate, my ego – my fear based brain

…And if this voice isn’t my true self speaking, then I’m operating from a place where I am DISCONNECTED from my true self. And if this disconnection is taking me out of alignment from my true self…

THEN It must be taking me out of alignment from my body and health too! THIS was the lightbulb moment, where all the puzzle pieces came together…

Chronic stress, as it turned out, was much more than a physical symptom.

It served as a profound indicator, pointing to a disconnection from my true self.

This ‘true self’, the core of who we are, often becomes veiled beneath the demands of life and the stories we tell ourselves. This disconnection often has its roots in trauma – a tapestry of life experiences, some with the best intentions, others painful or shameful. These experiences foster thoughts and behavior patterns incongruent with our ‘true self,’ leading us away from our authentic, whole state.

Such misalignment doesn’t just disturb our peace of mind; it ripples through our entire system.

It can manifest in various physical symptoms, affecting our hormones, metabolism, nervous system, digestion, gut health, and immune function.

It became clear that true healing wasn’t merely a physical journey; it was about aligning my entire being – body, mind, and spirit. By nurturing this inner alignment, we don’t just treat symptoms; we address the very core of our well-being.

As I went on the journey of healing the disconnected and wounded parts of myself… been grazing the surface.

Profound changes began to unfold.

Addressing the trauma and reducing the chronic stress response unlocked a level of healing that went beyond what diet and conventional treatments could offer.

This journey realigned my physical health, optimizing my body’s function. The lifting of chronic stress led to balanced hormones, improved digestion, and a harmonious nervous system.

But the transformation ran deeper than these physical improvements. Healing my relationship with myself turned out to be the key to this comprehensive transformation. It was this reconnection with my true self that sparked a transformation from within, changing not just my body, but my entire way of being.

This realization is at the heart of my work now.

I help women who are stuck in similar cycles, struggling with health issues that seem unsolvable.

I guide them to see the bigger picture: to heal your health, you often need to heal your life, your stress, your trauma. I guide women towards finding harmony within themselves, aligning health and life to embrace a future full of vitality, joy, and true wellness.
